Last year was still the best year of my life and I never marked it properly on the grid. Many grand content plans were set aside for a new job but I don’t want to scroll back through my feed for it to flick past between recipe videos. I can easily sum last year up as the best year of I can easily sum last year up as the best year of my life. Riding on the fumes of this high while settling back into the everyday has been weird. Sometimes it all felt like a dream, but cramming only the first two months mostly from China into this daggy reels template had the happy tears welling up again.

The year might be over but the memories will last forever, which is a privilege I’m so grateful to have. 

Shoutout to you lot who supported me through and came along for the ride. Big ups to 2025 where I’ll be cooking up some of the best things I ate on this once in a lifetime journey. I hope you like plov!
